Roads & Bridges

We are proud to maintain the Roads that are so vital to our fellow Pearl River County residents and visitors. As you travel our roads you will agree that Pearl River County is a place of beautiful scenery, great recreation, opportunity for work and wholesome family life indicative of the new south. It is a never-ending job maintaining, replacing, and building new roads throughout the county.

The Pearl River County Road Department is responsible for all county roads and county bridges. We also perform other functions as directed by the Board of Supervisors such as mosquito control and the set-up for all public elections.

As you travel, if you should meet one of our dump trucks hauling mowers clipping or road graders grading, give them a wave. We want you to know that we are at your service and are doing our best to give you a smooth and safe ride so that you will enjoy your visit or stay.

The Pearl River County Road Department is directed by the Road Manager.
