Welcome to the Pearl River County Justice Court homepage. We are located in Pearl River County, Mississippi in the southern region of the state. The Justice court works closely with the Pearl River County Sheriff's Department, Mississippi Highway Patrol, DOT, Mississippi Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and other local and regional Law Enforcement agencies. Our duties include handling civil and criminal court cases. This includes affidavits filed by Law Enforcement and citizens, as well as traffic citations.

Our office is located at 169 Savannah-Millard Rd Ste. A in Poplarville next to the new jail. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
