parties must come together to apply. |

Parents
must accompany the applicant if he or she is age 18 or younger. |

Picture ID is required, such as a Drivers License. You can also use Military ID, DD 214, or a document that shows evidence of your age, like a life insurance policy or school records. Having your Social Security card, Birth Certificate, etc. may be helpful. You will also need to know your parents addresses, and your mothers' maiden names. | |||

We must have a Mississippi VDRL Blood Test.( VDRL Test must be negative.) Blood Test must be brought to us with in 30 days or it will expire. | |||

After applying for the license, there is a (3) day waiting period before the license is issued. Mississippi Marriage License does not expire. | |||
• |
If you have been divorced, we will need to know your last divorce date. | |||
